Toronto has lost an amazing person & the best.runfit.instructor.ever. I knew him for only a couple of years... but critical years for me they were and his impact was everlasting... his class helped me survive not only the death of a dear friend but also my recovery from getting hit by a cab. A rare angel this runfit instructor was - loved and respected by everyone he met... and he will be sadly missed.
